RECIPE: Chicken Congee with Philips Pressure Cooker
Shopping List (For 3 pax reference)
- 2/3 cup x Rice
- 3 cups x water
- 4 x Chicken drumsticks
- 3-4 Ginger Slices
Step 1: Add the water, chicken drumsticks, ginger to the rice. Cook with congee mode (keep pressure for 30 minutes)
Step 2: The congee will be watery. Cook the congee with high heat without cover and stir occasionally till your desired texture.
Step 3: Use tong to remove chicken meat from bone.
Step 4: Add thin ginger slices, light soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Ready to serve
