INTERNATIONAL BUFFET BY OSCAR’S AT CONRAD CENTENNIAL SINGAPORE HOTEL

Oscar’s at Conrad Centennial Singapore Hotel~ We always love to go buffet! Especially International Buffet Love the wide variety of spread. Get a chance to try different cuisines at the same time! Its been a long time since we last been to Oscar’s. We went for a ala carte buffet lunch at Oscar’s to celebrate my birthday! They were having Christmas theme. It’s been a long time since we last been here!

Ambience

Located at Conrad Centennial Singapore Hotel. We were seated outside. Luckily, it wasn’t that hot that day! Hope to sit indoor for our next visit.

Food

Oscar’s offers a great variety of sumptuous local and international culinary creations for their ala-carte buffet style. The dishes were all very delicious and the cold dishes were very fresh too. Yummy! Nom Nom! The oysters were freshly shucked! So plump and fresh! Not forgetting the local favourite like Laksa! The gravy is so rich and flavourful! Love the Slow Roast Beef Sliders. The bread bun was so fluffy and soft. Not forgetting a great selection of dessert!
