Day 4 to 6. Perth & Surrounds – Busselton, Margaret River and Albany. I am finally going to Margaret River. The famous wine region. But I am not going to the wineries haha. Just continue to enjoy the sceneries and farms along the way to Albany.

~Day 4~

We heat up the pizza from last night as a light breakfast before we made our way to famous Timber Jetty at Busselton.

Quick Review:This is a MUST-GO! I understand that it is the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere. It actually stretches out almost 2 km to the sea. The water is shallow so they needed a long jetty to transport cut timber to ships. It is no longer in operation. There is now a underwater observatory! Descending down 8 metres below sea level, Visitors can view the corals and fish life through windows. There is also a jetty train where you can jus enjoy the view no need to walk all the way. I chose to walk myself and slowly enjoy the breeze and scenery. If you are bringing little kids, do bring your strollers along or take the train. The little ones may not enjoy walking such a long distance.

After a long walk, we were famished. We drove to Squid Lips (Dunsborough) but to find that they are close. So sad. Nevertheless, we went to Dome instead for light lunch. There were not many other choices nearby.

We whipped up a delicious meal in the apartment. We love cooking in Australia. The ingredients are so fresh and delicious! The vegetables, mushrooms and steak together with red wine! Superbly Awesome! How I miss going back to Australia!
