From the moment I stepped in, the festive decorations, buzzing atmosphere, and irresistible aromas made me feel instantly ready to eat everything in sight. 😋
Let me share some of my favourites: Steamed Lotus Leaf Waxed Meat Rice. Honestly, it’s like a warm hug in a bite. The fragrance of the lotus leaf, tender waxed meats, and that hint of sweetness had me going back for seconds. Drunken Tiger Prawns. Juicy, huge, and lightly infused with wine.
One of the highlights of Edge’s Lunar New Year buffet is the DIY Lo Hei, where you can personalise your toss with your favourite ingredients. Toss it high, make your wishes loud, and enjoy the laughter and festive energy all around. I had so much fun watching everyone’s colourful ingredients fly in the air—my toss might have been a little dramatic, but that’s all part of the festive fun!

Deep-Fried Nian Gao 🍩Now, let’s talk deep-fried Nian Gao. Crispy outside, chewy inside, and dangerously addictive. I may have sneaked a second serving before dessert even officially started. Don’t judge me.

Seafood lovers, this one’s for you. The fresh seafood selection at Edge is generous and perfectly cooked. I indulged in chilled prawns and oysters that practically melted in my mouth—total heaven for anyone who loves their ocean treasures.
Just when I thought I was done, the dessert station stole the show. There’s an amazing variety of sweet treats, perfect for capping off this indulgent feast. I may have sampled a little of everything… and I regret nothing.
