After a good night sleep, we are in search of CHAR SIEW! I have did my research. Joy Hing seems to be a popular choice. There were some mixed reviews. Since it is located at Wan Chai which is near to our hotel, I thought it is a good choice for a brunch.

Quick Review:It was a short walk from the MTR exit. We were swiftly ushered into the cafe. They look popular with tourist too. I seen some customer pushing their luggage bag into the small cafe. We ordered the meat platter (soya chicken, char siew and roast meat). They were all good although I like the soya chicken most. It was so tender. The char siew is thickly cut. Roast Meat skin was crispy. Yummy.

Causeway Bay

We slowly walk Wan Chai to Causeway Bay. Hopefully can kill off some calories. *Winkz* First time shopping at Causeway Bay. We went to the SOGO. It was super crowded. I think there were many many tourist

Quick Review:Hui Lau Shan is definitely a MUST try when we go Hong Kong. I love their dessert and drinks too! Fruits are always fresh and juicy.

After quenching our thirst with Hui Lau Shan cooling dessert, we decided to slowly take a stroll down the street and walk toward Capital Cafe to have afternoon tea as we are having late dinner at Woomooloo that night.

Quick Review:This is the first time I tried Capital Cafe. It is definitely an addition to my list of Must Go for my future trips to Hong Kong. The truffle scrambled eggs are superb! So creamy and smooth. The pork chop bun is better than any of the pork chop bun I had before. The pork chop is crispy and the sauce complement so well. Their milk coffee is very fragrant but I feel some people might find it too milky.

We were so full after our afternoon tea. Luckily we are going to have late dinner. We head back to our hotel to off load our shopping bags and rest our tired feet. Wash up and doll up to prepare for our wonderful dinner at Wooloomooloo Wan Chai. My friend has recommended the place as it has great view and food.

Quick Review:It was my first fine dining in Hong Kong! So exciting. The restaurant is located at Level 31. We were seated beside the window. It had fantastic view. We had Beef Wellington (said to be a very difficult dish to make it good). It is so tender and juicy. A lovely dessert always ends the night with the sweetest note. The Passion Fruit Soufflé (lightly baked cake) is one of the best I eaten. The passion fruit syrup is perfect with the soufflé. The restaurant also have a sky bar. We took the stairs up to the sky bar and took some amazing pictures of Hong Kong Scenery.
