Creamy, luscious and meaty texture With roe bursting like fireworks in my mouth!
Unagi Eel Roll – S$18++ for 4 pieces and S$32++ for 8 pieces
UNAGI! It is freshwater eel. It is also one of my favourite ingredient in Japanese cooking. It is often grilled and seasoned with sweet Savoury sauce! Succulent thickly sliced plump Unagi laying on a small bed of rice. The unagi sauce is also not overly sweet.
Deluxe Ten Assorted Sashimi Deluxe – S$58++
Beautifully presented like a piece of artwork. Delicious Fresh Sashimi. Thickly sliced and firm. Great for sharing among friends and family!
Wagyu Aburi Sushi – S$18++ for 2 pieces and S$44 for 5 pieces
Japanese premium seared A4 wagyu sushi with teriyaki sauce and topped with spring onion. It has a succulent texture and very flavourful!
Aburi Salmon Avocado Roll – S$20
Interesting combination with spring onions. It added an extra crunch and spark to the aburi salmon!
Omakase Sushi – 12-piece roll sushi – S$49++
Comprising Maguro (tuna), Otoro (tuna belly), Uni (sea urchin), Kanpachi (amberjack), Mizu Tako (octopus), Aji (japanese horse mackerel) and more. The sashimi on rice are all very fresh
