My Rating: (3 out of 5)

It is the first time I stepped into Scotts Square. I can't even remember how this place looks like previously. The whole scene has changed tremendously. I was so excited about my brunch at Wild Honey! Heard so much about it from my friends! Finally it is my turn to try their brunch! It was a 5 girls brunch gathering.
Ambience
Wild Honey is exuding a cosy, bustling ambience! Thanks to my friend who have made the reservation! It will definitely be a long wait if we didn't had the reservation. However, the seats that they assigned to us were too small to our liking. There are also high seats available too.
Service
The service staff came around to show us the daily special using a ipad. A failed attempt to promote the dish as the restaurant is too noisy. We couldn't hear much of what he was trying to promote. I thought it was a waste that the restaurant didn't make use of the ipad for their ordering system. Towards the end of our meal, we were quite irritated as they place the bill on our table and keep asking whether we were ready to make payment. We felt like we were being pressured to leave amd there weren't any queue waiting for seats. I noticed that one of the service staff brought a toy car to the little kid at another table. I thought that it is a nice gesture for family with kids!
Food
We ordered the following:
~Norwegian~ norwegian
Look at them! Drool! It looks so so good! Two sets of perfectly poached eggs wrapped with Norwegian smoked salmon and topped with Home-made Hollandaise sauce & salmon pearls lying on top of the Avocado, grilled asparagus spears, and whole wheat brioche. Doesn't it look like an art piece! I love that they topped with salmon pearls. Thought it just enhance the look and of course it reminds me of sushi! The grilled asparagus spears gives it a healthy touch to the sinful Hollandaise sauce! I love this dish!
~European~ european
European Breakfast is Wild Honey's version of Egg Benedict! It look very much alike with the Norwegian breakfast. However, it is lying on sauteed mushrooms and the lovely poached eggs are wrapped with imported Italian prosciutto (cured ham that is usually thinly sliced and served uncooked) I guess I still prefer Norwegian as I am a salmon lover. But it is great dish as well!
~Cappuccino~ cappuccino
A nice cup of coffee is always important to start coffee lovers' day! With a pretty face on the cappuccino simply lit up my day!
~English & Californian~ english californian
My friends also ordered the English breakfast and the Californian! The English breakfast look sumptuous! Scrambled eggs, back bacon, cumberland pork sausage, sauteed mushrooms, Dad's baked beans, breakfast potatoes, grilled vine ripened tomato & signature brioche! Thats like a super value meal! Californian breakfast look like our chinese fried rice! Eggs scrambled with tofu, fresh herbs, red, green & yellow peppers, mushrooms, scallions on char grilled ciabatta! Seems like a healthy dish!
Unfortunately I can't comment much about these 2 dishes as I didn't try themselves. They look great though!
