Ambience
It is quite spacious and it was not too crowded when we were there on a weekday night. The restaurant is brightly lit. Suitable for family and friends gathering!

Service
The steam pot, utensils, sauces were laid there nicely. There is also a timer and a guide on the duration to cook the seafood. They brought all our seafood and lay them on the trolley. We can cook the food ourselves or request for the staff to cook for us. The service staff were also very friendly and attentive.

Food
We ordered their base set for 3-4 persons. It come with Fragrant Rice Pot with Porridge, 2 Pieces of Sea Crab, 10 pieces of Tiger Prawns, Fish (Promfret or Seabass), 4 halves of Bamboo Clams, 4 pieces of Scallops, 4 pieces of Fresh Oysters, Clams, Beef Ribeye Roll or Kurobuta Pork, Belly Slice or Chicken Chop and Vegetable Platter. Most of the food require 3 minutes to be cooked. Only Pork and Beef require 2 minutes. Fish will require 4 minutes.

The staff starts off by putting the rice and water in the pot and then the steam tray above it. All the essence from the steamed food will trickle down to the porridge.

We started off with cooking vegetables and pork belly slice. The steamed vegetables make me feel so healthy first. Interesting. I never try cooking pork belly slices like this. The staff just put the vegetables and pork belly on top and just cover the pot and ask us to wait for 3 minutes. Then we can just open and eat. Likewise this is what we do for the rest of the food. The fresh oysters were actually fresh enough to eat raw. Since we never try steamed oysters and we requested to steam it too. Amazingly, it taste awesome too! I totally love it. If youdo not like raw fresh oysters, you can consider steamed fresh oysters. I felt that it also as good. Just make sure you dont' over cook it. The sea crabs look so pretty.

Once, we finished eating all the steamed food. The staff removed the steam tray to reveal the lovely porridge filled with the goodness from our steamed food. They added an egg and some spring onions. The porridge is good to go. We also added some fried onions and pepper to further enhance the taste.

~Conclusion~

Great place for people who love steamed seafood. Ideal for friends and family gathering to enjoy the fresh seafood together. They have a huge free carpark.
