Ambience
The place is bustling with dinner crowd. We were there about 6pm. We waited for about 30 minutes before getting our seats. They are popular with family and friends gathering.
Service
As they have long queue of crowds waiting for seats, I thought it will be nicer that they just take down your phone no and call you when it is your turn. Everyone had to crowd around and wait outside the restaurant. Making the place look cluttered with people and not good for elderly to be waiting and standing there. The staff serve the dishes very swiftly.
Food
Shredded Meat with Bun - S$3.90/pc (Min. 2 pcs)
I like the tender shredded pork together with the sweet onions. You get to stuff the meat yourself with their handmade golden sesame bun. They provide gloves so you won't worry dirtying your hands. Check the bun is not too hot for you to hold before you start. One of my favourite dish from them.

Cold Pig’s Trotters Jelly - S$7.90
Interesting cold dish packed with collagen. Eat more for lovely skin haha. It is always a rare cold dish to be found in many chinese restaurant. It is often a dish that I ordered at Teochew restaurants. I prefer teochew style for this dish.

Deep Fried Tenggiri Fish - 4.90/pc, 13.80/3pcs.
Lovely simple dish. The Tenggiri Fish is deep-fried. Crispy Golden Brown on the ouside with white moist fish flakes inside. Remember to dip the fish with their home made sauce.

Stir-fried Kailan with Bean Curd Skin - S$12.90 (S), S$18.90 (M)
Time for some greens. We opt for the my favourite Kailan vegetables. Crunchy. The home made soft bean curd skin complements well with the Kailan.

Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon - S$8.90 (S), S$17.80 (M), S$26.80 (L)
My All-time favourite from PUTIEN! I understand that it is the only sundried vermicelli milled by hand in Putian. This make the bee hoon is fine, chewy but not brittle. They use the flavorful stock of pork bones and old hens together with 10 sumptuous ingredients to enhance the flavours of the bee hoon. Nom Nom! A MUST TRY!

PUTIEN Lor Mee - S$9.50 (S), S$18.50 (M), S$27.50 (L)
A crowd favorite! A lot of my friends' top favorite dish from PUTIEN. It is different from our usual local Lor Mee. They braised smooth silky Putian noodles, pork belly, prawn and clam with pork broth. Making the dish rich, flavorful!

~Conclusion~
PUTIEN ~ A value for money food place for casual dining with family and friends. It is affordable and the dishes are delicious. Some of the dishes are pretty unique and not commonly found in other chinese restaurants. PUTIEN is a good choice of food place at Resorts World Sentosa. You may like to be early to beat the crowd.
