Flavours At Zhongshan Park

Finding restaurant for Chinese New Year Gathering is definitely not easy as there are a lot of restaurants already fully booked. We were a bit last minute as we were only looking for a restaurant on Friday for a Saturday dinner. Luckily, we managed to find Flavours at Zhongshan Park. My cousin had his wedding at Ramada Hotel last year. Despite we never try the buffet before, I remember the food at his wedding was quite good. I guess it is worth a try.

Cafe Brio

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! To save all the hassles, we were looking for a place for Chinese New Year Eve reunion dinner. A lot of places have jack up their prices for this period. Finally after lots of research, we finally decided to have our Chinese New Year Eve family reunion dinner at Cafe Brio.

Australia Trip Jan 2014 (Sydney) Part 2 of 2

Sydney. It feels so different from Gold Coast. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton. The location is almost perfect! We managed to catch the fireworks at Darling Harbour! It was spectacular. We went blue mountains and did a wine tour at hunter valley. It is my first time at Hunter Valley. We were lucky that the weather was cooling despite it was summer.

Australia Trip Jan 2014 (Gold Coast) Part 1 of 2

It was our New Year Eve holiday trip...Welcoming 2014 in the air is a first time experience. The last time I been to Gold Coast was more than 9 years ago. The first time I fly overseas... Time Flies. The superman ride at Movie World to the lovely relaxing beach were all so memorable. I miss the place so much!!!

Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar

Ever wake up in the morning and crave for a good satisfying breakfast? That was the exact mood I had on that very morning. Thinking try a new place for brunch...I decided to ask Mr Google for help. Reviews on Nassim Hill bistro look good and indeed the bistro didn't disappoint me.

Marutama (Killiney Road)

Japanese Ramen! Always my favorite dish! Soft boiled Egg is a MUST add topping! Forget about cholesterol. Marutama which I always remembers by the basketball logo. Been to the branch at Central a couple times. First time I try this new branch at Killiney Road. To be honest, I still prefer the branch at Central.

Sabio by the Sea (Sentosa Cove)

An artistically designed restaurant that serves great spanish tapas. It is slightly pricey but luckily the food make up for it. Paella and the Pan-fried Calamari were the winners for me! The location is also perfect for the ambience as it is situated at sentosa cove but unfortunately it is not easily accessible.

Skinny Pizza (100AM)

Skinny Pizza. I have tried a couple of times. The pizza is really skinny. Almost like a biscuit. Thin and Crispy. I went to the 100AM outlet as a birthday lunch gathering with my colleagues. Nice place to gather and chit chat. My favorite was the Squid Ink Pizza. It is a must try.
