Poulet (Great World City)

Poulet. It was one of the week day night gathering with our great friends. Initially, we were thinking to go Imperial Treasure. We decided to change to Poulet. I have never been to poulet. Good opportunity to give it a try. I have been seeing a lot of the chicken advertisement. Our friends were also singing praise for their signature roast chicken.

Aquamarine

Aquamarine. I wanted to go there during Dec last year but they were fully booked. I decided to try again and glad there were available seating. Great Choice! The buffet was splendid! There were so much variety that I could never finish trying all of them. It is also very convenient as it is beside marina square. We went there for a short walk before we went for our dinner. It is just kind of confusing at times to find our way to the marina mandarin hotel. We had to also climb a bit of steps. Not exactly conducive for elderly.

Prive Cafe

Prive Cafe. It is one of my favourite brunch cafe. I like their brunch menu and the ambience where you can admire the yachts while you have your meals. Such view always relax the mind and took away the stressful hectic thoughts off it. We thought of dropping by for a quick dinner and chill after a long day at work. At the entrance, I almost thought it was closed as it look dark behind the dark glass. Luckily, they were open.

Chili’s (The Central)

Chili's. It was one of the typical workdays that we decided to have dinner outside. I feel like going to The Central as it was along the way back home. We decided to go Chili's since it has been a long time since I last went to Chili's. It is also my first time to Chili's at outlet in The Central.

Thanying (Amara Hotel)

Thanying Restaurant. My friend has recommended this restaurant to me before but I always did not have the chance to try. Finally, I get to try at my colleague's farewell celebration. It is near to my work place and the colleague prefer thai cuisine. Hence, Thanying is a perfect choice for the farewell celebration.

Cafe Mosaic

Cafe Mosaic. This is first time I try their buffet lunch. There was an ongoing promotion. 2 paying adult and 1 free. Thanks to my dear friend. The rest of us got a free treat. *Winkz* Cafe Mosaic do have a wide variety of dishes. From soup..sashimi..teppanyaki station...desserts...only sad thing that there is no oysters! However, it is already very value for money especially with the promotion!

Forest (Resort World Sentosa)

Forest 森. Local Celebrity Chef Sam Leong and Chef Mike Tan has inspired their chinese cuisine including their service and presentation with a western approach. Forest's kitchen has also featured an an unobstructed view of their chefs at work. I have heard many mixed reviews on Forest. The dishes definitely come with a price. I was lucky to manage to book them when they add more seats for Restaurant Week.

Menya Musahi (ION Orchard)

Menya Musashi – ION Orchard. I was going ION for lunch and was craving for ramen. After consulting Mr Google, I found Menya Musashi. There were some mixed reviews all over. I guess no harm giving it a try. The restaurant is named after the legendary samurai, Miyamoto Musashi. Their ramen came in white, red and black versions. The "White" version is the classic original thick and rich tonkatsu broth. The "Red" Ramen is a spicy and intense broth. The ‘Black’ Ramen is a garlic and onions versions.
