My Rating: (3 out of 5)

The Line - Shangri-La Hotel ~ It has always been one of Singapore's favourite destinations for buffet lunches and dinners. Love their good quality and great variety buffet spread. Great for family and friends gatherings.

Ambience
The warm orange partnered with crisp white brighten the restaruant. Making it very cozy and inviting. It is very suitable for big gatherings and special occasions like Baby Showers, Birthday Celebration and Corporate Events.

Service
They have 16 theatre kitchens that create the amazing spread. It is always a joy to watch how the chef whip up the delish spread, cut the fresh sashimi, and the barista prepares coffee with coffee art.

Food
We went the Line for their lunch buffet. Their highlights include Seafood on Ice, Western and Asian Roast Meats, Dim Sum, Fresh Salads and Soups, a selection of Cheese and heritage and international desserts.

~ SEAFOOD ON ICE~
The cold seafood were very fresh. All lazing there for us to pick them up. Love that the SALMON is FRESHLY CUT when you request. So Delicious!

~ LOCAL DELIGHTS ~
Love the satay! Very tender and flavourful as they are all freshly grilled. You can make your own rojak or you can take the one they already prepare for you. The laksa received great praises from many. The gravy is very fragrant.

~ DESSERTS ~
Desserts. As usual, it is always my favourite station of all buffets. They have such a wide variety that I was not able to try all. You can also request for freshly made crepe. The cakes are so soft and fluffy.

~ DRINKS ~
We ordered coffee and I was impressed that the barista even do a coffee art. This is a first time I experience coffee with coffee art at a buffet restaurant.

~ OTHER DELIGHTS ~
They also offer other delights like Prata, Naan, Sushi, Dim Sum, Laksa, Pasta, and a good selection of Cheese.

Some hits and Some misses. I especially enjoyed their satay, fresh salmon sashimi, laksa, latte and DESSERTS! From their buffet spread, you can see the effort they put into every dish and every drink. A great variety of buffet will be suitable for everyone.
Overall, I think still worth trying.
