Ambience
A brand NEW Japanese family-style restaurant at Amoy Street. A cosy, spacious and contemporary interior with a capacity of 80. It is ideal for family gatherings and dinner with friends and loved ones. I love that it has a ‘live’ sushi bar as we get to witness the chefs at "work". Slicing the sashimi and rolling the sushi~

FOOD
Nabemono (Hotpot) - with A4 Wagyu - S$68++ per person
I had Sukiyaki soup base. The Wagyu is so fresh! It also has a beautiful fat marbling! Aww love the melt-in-your-mouth texture! Perfect. The soup is on a slightly saltier side. The vegetables and mushrooms were very fresh.

Special Maki - S$13.80
Salmon Cheese Roll (Salmon, Cucumber and Cream Cheese Roll) topped with Cheese and Sliced Salmon. Love how the cheese complement well with the delicate flavours from salmon.
Oden - S$22.80
Oden is a Japanese Fish Cake Stew. A comforting dish with clear broth. Their ingredients are very fresh and quite generous. I like that there are a lot of vegetables. Very refreshing. They served it with Inaniwa Udon.

TEM Chirashi Udon - S$16.80
TEM Chirashi Udon (Cold Thin Inaniwa Udon with Assorted Tempura - Scallop, Cherry Tomato, Mushroom, Avocado, Capsicum). They are specialised in Inaniwa udon. This cream coloured udon is hand-stretched and is slightly thinner than regular udon, yet thicker than sōmen, or hiyamugi noodles. They use repeated hand-kneading technique which helps it to achieve its thin, smooth and delicate texture. Love how the crispy and flavourful Tempura gives another level of texture. It is also the first time I tried Avocado Tempura. Crispy on the outside. Creamy inside. Simply Delicious! It is a great sharing dish too.

Ideal for small gatherings of family and friends. I love that it has a ‘live’ sushi bar as we get to witness the chefs at "work". It is also a Izakaya, 居酒屋 is a type of informal Japanese bar offering alcoholic drinks and light bites. Great for the office warriors to chill after work.
