I usually go Fullerton for drinks at Post Bar. This time I decided to try Jade at Fullerton for Restaurant Week. The carpark is a bit of distance away from the restaurant. Fortunately, there are travelators to help us through the walking journey. We were welcomed warmly to the restaurant.
The ambience was warm and cozy with a luxurious touch to it. It was not too crowded on that night. It is ideal for gatherings or family (ideal for kids too) or couples.
The restaurant contacted me a day before to confirm my reservation. When we arrive, we ask for a change of the seat and they have accepted our request readily. When we mentioned the dish was too salty to our delight, they were attentive to it and ensure the subsequent dishes less salty. They also give us a complimentary dessert. Overall, the service staff are attentive and friendly.
As it is a restaurant week event, it is a fix set menu. It costs us $55 per pax.

~Elegant Trio Combination~ crispyduck_pancake
Hand roll Crispy Spiced Duck with Pancake has a good balance of texture. The pancake was soft and light and coupled well with the crispy spiced duck. coffee_porkrib
Coffee Pork Rib with Shredded Almond is very fragrant. It is sweet with a touch of slight bitterness from the coffee. crispyprawn
Crispy Prawns coated with pumpkin puree. The prawn is fresh although I can't really taste the pumpkin puree. ~Braised Fish Maw and Crab Meat in Superior Chicken Broth and Truffle Jus~ fishmaw

Foie Gras! My favourite! The tenderloin is so tender! The Foie Gras is also soft and fragrant! ~Braised Noodle with Sliced Chicken and Bean Sprout in Golden Broth~ noodles
The braised noodles is too salty which is overpowering till it covers the other tastes. ~Chilled Strawberry Beancurd~ strawberry_beancurd
It is a beautiful dessert. I thought the pastry at the side does not really match well with the beancurd. The strawberry bean curd was light and a piece of art. The different shades of pink complement each other well. ~Osmanthus Jelly~ osmanthus_jelly
It was nice gesture from the Chef to serve us a complimentary dessert. It gives a refreshing and light taste with the aroma from Osmanthus flowers.
