ETNA (Every Table Needs Attention) Italian Restaurant ~ It was my early Birthday Celebration. We wanted a place in Tanjong Pagar. Shortlisted a few places and since we both have yet to try Etna Italian Restaurant. It became the natural choice.
Named after Italy’s most iconic volcano, ETNA offers an authentic Italian cuisine dining experience with their Mediterranean-influenced dishes to Singapore. They currently have 2 outlets (Duxton and East Coast) in Singapore.

Ambience
A cozy restaurant with lovely Italian designed artefacts. Great for friends or family gathering.

Service
The service staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The staff also offer me a back cushion to support my aching back. Upon our request, they are also sweet to design the dessert with a birthday greeting to celebrate the birthday occasion.

Food
~ COMPLIMENTARY BREAD ~
They offer 3 types of complimentary warm bread. I like their olive oil bottle. There is a grapes-shape like inside to store the balsamic vinegar.

~ SEAFOOD STEW ~
We ordered their special of the day. The Seafood Stew which is good for 2 pax to share. It was light but bursting with flavours! A bowl of seafood treasures! We love it so much!~ The seafood was very fresh. I enjoyed soaking toasted focaccia up the flavorful stew and melt the bread in my mouth.

~ BAKED FISH OF THE DAY ~
They have 2 options to cook the fish of the day. Grilled or Baked. They recommended the baked option if we prefer to have more gravy. Delighted that we chose the baked version. The fish was all wrapped up when they served. The staff opened it up for us. Ta Da~ The aroma rised and appealed to our senses. The fish was very moist and fresh. The gravy was like a soup. Very Tasty. Nom Nom! We totally love this dish!

~ RAVIOLI ALL' ARAGOSTA - S$36~
Homemade Lobster Ravioli with Butter Pistachio cream and prawns. The portion seemed a bit small. The ravioli was like the shape of a flower. The dish was rich and creamy.

~ DELIZIA AL CIOCCOLATO - S$ 14 ~
Traditional Walnut liqueur scented molten chocolate lava cake, Vanilla ice-cream. Here come my lovely Birthday-Designed Dessert! So Pretty! Love the crusty Lava Cake outside with the a warm, chocolate runny center. The strawberry was also cut like a rose. Beautifully presented!
