Chili's. It was one of the typical workdays that we decided to have dinner outside. I feel like going to The Central as it was along the way back home. We decided to go Chili's since it has been a long time since I last went to Chili's. It is also my first time to Chili's at outlet in The Central.
It is quite a big place and was half full when we reached. It is mainly filled with couples, group of friends or colleagues. It was a bit noisy. chilis_ambience
The service staff were friendly and swift. The food came swiftly after we order.
We had the following:

Four mini beef burgers made with ground steak, topped with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, sauteed onions and ranch dressing on sesame seed buns. It includes crispy onions strings and jalapeno-ranch dressing. The onion strings were indeed crispy. I thought the ground steak was not juicy enough. I had much better mini burgers else where. Perhaps burgers from burger king next door would have been better.

Half rack of Baby Back Ribs with classic bbq sauce, Mashed Potato and steamed broccoli. I thought the ribs were too hard and dry. I prefer the ones from Cafe Cartel. The potato and broccoli are nothing special.

Warm chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. They topped it with vanilla ice cream under a crunchy chocolate shell. I thought it was a bit more interesting than the other chocolate cake I had as they pour hot chocolate over the ice cream creating the chocolate shell. The cake was also moist and filled with a lot of chocolate fudge.
