Invited Tasting: ‘Spring in Tokyo’ Afternoon Tea at Crossroads Bar

Crossroads Bar (Swissotel Merchant Court)~ Located at Swissotel Merchant Court Hotel. The interior is very spacious with sophisticated vibe. It offers premium delicious afternoon tea with fresh quality ingredients! My favourites are the Unagi Kabayaki Open Face Sandwich, Truffle Sōmen Noodles with Scallop and Black Sesame Tiramisu! It also includes a pot of TWG tea or Freshly Brewed Coffee.

Maru (Tanjong Pagar: Icon Village)

MARU (TANJONG PAGAR)~ A contemporary fusion restaurant hidden in Icon Village. It offers innovative appealing dishes. It is also less than 10 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar Mrt (East-West Line). They are great for casual after-work drinks and group gatherings. The office warriors will love this to have a break from the hectic work. A charming uniquely designed interior which was inspired by street scenes of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We especially enjoy the UNI IKURA BOWL and WAGYU BEEF DON.

Jumbo Seafood (Riverside Point)

Jumbo Seafood @ Riverside Point ~ Located along the beautiful historic Singapore River. They even have 2nd storey that has a space of 3500 sqft. Great for family and friends gathering. We enjoyed the CHILLI CRAB and SCALLOP IN YAM RING the most.

Nara Thai Cuisine

NARA THAI CUISINE~ Conveniently Located at ION Orchard. A sleek, contemporary but yet intimate and cosy restaurant. We especially enjoy the TOM YUM KUNG and HORS D'OEUVRE NARA. The Tom Yum Kung soup has the right level of spiciness and sourness for me! Perfect! The Pandan Chicken and Moo Ping are very tender and flavourful.
