After a delicious dinner, you can take a nice stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the city scenery. I especially enjoyed the Mischief Grilled Platter, Fried Chicken Burger and Buffalo Wings.

ROOKERY Located at Capital Tower near Tanjong Pagar MRT. An Australian-American Casual Dining place. Great for the office warriors in the area. It is also good for corporate team lunch and also chill out after work. My favourites are Miso Salmon, Baby Back Ribs and Baby Calamari.

Invited Tasting: Ginger (PARKROYAL on Beach Road)

Ginger (PARKROYAL on Beach Road)~ They offer a good variety of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan dishes including 3 three signature dishes: Crustacean Hotpot, Salt-Baked Whole Seasonal Fish, and Chilli Crab. There were some hits and misses. My favourites are The Crustacean Hotpot (A flavourful seafood broth), Prawn Noodles, Light Atlantic Cod Fish Congee and Aromatic Lemongrass Ice Cream.

Rong Fu Ji Seafood Steam Pot (Bukit Timah – Turf Club)

Rong Fu Ji Seafood Steam Pot (Bukit Timah - Turf Club - The Grandstand) ~ They offer fresh seafood steamed in a pot. Quite a spacious restaurant and not very crowded on weekday night. Great place for people who love steamed seafood. Ideal for friends and family gathering to enjoy the fresh seafood together. They have a huge free carpark. It is about 15 minutes walk from the Sixth Avenue MRT. I especially love the steamed fresh oysters.

K-Tower (Tanjong Pagar: Amoy Street)

K-Tower at Tanjong Pagar - Amoy Street ~ They offer fresh seafood steamed within the tower. Each variety is laid beautifully to steam in each tier in the tower. A great place for people who love steamed seafood. Ideal for friends and family gathering to enjoy the fresh seafood together. It is within walking distance from Tanjong Pagar/ Telok Ayer MRT. Founders of K-Tower were inspired by the “9 Layer Seafood” in their recent travels to Korea. They brought the seafood tower craze in Korea to the shores of Singapore.

Buffet Town (City Hall: Raffles City)

Buffet Town ~ Located at Raffles City which is right above the City Hall MRT station. A Value for Money Buffet Place with Accessible Location and good variety of more than 300 buffet dishes over 29 item categories. Great for large group gatherings and celebrate special occasions like Baby Showers, Birthday Celebration and Corporate Events.

Shin Yeh 欣叶 (Liang Court)

Shin Yeh ~ Located at Liang Court. Shin Yeh together with TungLok Group brings taiwanese dishes to shores of Singapore. A modern oriental ambience. Great for family gatherings. The restaurant is located at Liang Court which is very near to the popular Clarke Quay and Boat Quay.
