Arteastiq (Mandarin Gallery)

Arteastiq. I have walked past Arteastiq a couple of times. At first, I thought it is 2 separate shops but it is actually a Social Painting and Tea Sipping Place. It allows customers to let loose their creativity with their painting and enjoy tea in the process. I went with my girl friends for brunch. It was so crowded. When I reached, there was already a queue at the entrance. We just went for tea at their boutique tea house section. It looks luxurious and give out a relaxing feeling. I like their ambience but I think the food and service is so so only.

Slappy Cakes (Resort World Sentosa)

Slappy Cakes! Slappy Cakes has become one of the most popular breakfast spots in Portland since 2009 as they offers a fun dining experience. They offer DIY your own pancakes. They offers the batter, toppings, and sauces. You just pick the ones you like. Just put on your creative cap and let your creative juice flow... So fun! Of course, you can make your own pancakes at home but the best is no need to do washing after that. I totally love it! Definitely, I will come back again.

Resorts World Genting Highlands Trip (April 2014)

Tweet Share 0 +1 Genting. Wow it’s been super duper long since I last been to Genting. It was so many years ago. We took a coach ride early in the morning and went on easter day. The whole place is super packed! Genting also don’t seems as cold as last time but the weather […]

Menya Musahi (ION Orchard)

Menya Musashi – ION Orchard. I was going ION for lunch and was craving for ramen. After consulting Mr Google, I found Menya Musashi. There were some mixed reviews all over. I guess no harm giving it a try. The restaurant is named after the legendary samurai, Miyamoto Musashi. Their ramen came in white, red and black versions. The "White" version is the classic original thick and rich tonkatsu broth. The "Red" Ramen is a spicy and intense broth. The ‘Black’ Ramen is a garlic and onions versions.

Freshly Baked by Le Bijoux

Freshly Baked by Le Bijoux. My best friend and I were supposed to go to Stirling Highway for brunch. Luckily I called them and realise they are close at 2pm. It was already 12+pm. We decided to change location to Freshly Baked by Le Bijoux. I have been there a couple of times and thought to intro it to my friend. Glad that she also love their bread! The highlight is always their bread! It has a variety of Artisan Breads, cakes, and cookies. I will usually buy their bread home too. Yummy!

Seoul Yummy

Seoul Yummy. It sound like So Yummy. I quite like them when they open few years ago. However, I stopped going there when there was once I had a bad food poisoning and suspected it was due to their dessert. I wasn't sure that it was really due to them. After many years, I decided to give them another try as we wanted an early dinner at The Central and there weren't many restaurants that open before 6pm for dinner.

Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar

Ever wake up in the morning and crave for a good satisfying breakfast? That was the exact mood I had on that very morning. Thinking try a new place for brunch...I decided to ask Mr Google for help. Reviews on Nassim Hill bistro look good and indeed the bistro didn't disappoint me.

Marutama (Killiney Road)

Japanese Ramen! Always my favorite dish! Soft boiled Egg is a MUST add topping! Forget about cholesterol. Marutama which I always remembers by the basketball logo. Been to the branch at Central a couple times. First time I try this new branch at Killiney Road. To be honest, I still prefer the branch at Central.
