Rong Fu Ji Seafood Steam Pot (Bukit Timah - Turf Club - The Grandstand) ~ They offer fresh seafood steamed in a pot. Quite a spacious restaurant and not very crowded on weekday night. Great place for people who love steamed seafood. Ideal for friends and family gathering to enjoy the fresh seafood together. They have a huge free carpark. It is about 15 minutes walk from the Sixth Avenue MRT. I especially love the steamed fresh oysters.

Shin Yeh 欣叶 (Liang Court)

Shin Yeh ~ Located at Liang Court. Shin Yeh together with TungLok Group brings taiwanese dishes to shores of Singapore. A modern oriental ambience. Great for family gatherings. The restaurant is located at Liang Court which is very near to the popular Clarke Quay and Boat Quay.

1933 by Toast Box ~ A new cafe by Toast Box. It brings you back to the 1930s in Singapore. Interesting Cafe Concept. Wonder why the year 1933. It is different from the usual Toast Box where it is self-service. The menu is also different. Of course, they still offer the usual delights - Singapore Kopi and Teh. Located at Capitol Piazza. Lovely revamped Mall. Good thing to know is you get to enjoy free parking during lunch time from 12pm – 2pm daily! A great place to go for lunch.

Tiffany Cafe (Furama City Centre) ~ It was my colleague birthday celebration. My colleague suggested to try Tiffany Cafe. I have never been to Tiffany Cafe. There is also credit card promotion 1 for 1. Cool. Value for Money~ International Buffets are always great for gatherings as there will be something for everyone.

TungLok XiHe Peking Duck (Orchard Central) ~ It was my 2 good friends' birthday celebration. We ponder on the location for some time. Finally TungLok XiHe Peking Duck (Orchard Central) is the one! I have never try it before. Always excited to try a new place. Looking forward to Peking Duck! One of my many favourite dishes.

Paradise Dynasty ~ Part of Paradise Group. There are currently 7 outlets in Singapore (ION Orchard, Lot One, Causeway Point, Westgate, VivoCity, Changi Airport Terminal 3 and OneKM). Famous for their Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao! So Colorful and Cheery!

Mak’s Noodles (Vivocity)

Mak's Noodles ~ I was recommended to Mak's Noodles since many years ago. That was during my first trip to Hong Kong. My friend told me it was the best wonton noodles he had ever eaten. Now they are also in Singapore. No need to travel to Hong Kong to satisfy craving. I decided to give their Vivocity Outlet a try.

PUTIEN (Resort World Sentosa)

PUTIEN ~ It was a casual Sunday family dinner. My Parents have yet to try PUTIEN so I thought to bring them to check it out. PUTIEN has been always highly recommended for casual dining with family and friends. They have 10 outlets all over Singapore. You may be able to easily find an outlet near your area.
