Z’en Japanese Cuisine (UE Square)

Z'en. We were thinking of what to eat and I was lazy to ask Mr Google. We decided to go Robertson Quay. We parked at UE Square. Z'en looks pretty crowded. I was also in the mood of having Japanese. It seems like a good choice with the crowd. I guess wouldn't go too wrong. Why not give it a try? We may just be lucky and found a gem in the area.

Porn’s (Star Vista)

Porn's. What are you thinking about now? HAHA *Winkz*. Porn's is started by a popular Singapore TV Host "Pornsak" who missed his hometown food so much that he brought them to our lovely island. It was a last minute arrangement to have a catch up with my friend. I suggested to go Star Vista as I remember there are a lot of food places inside. We decided to go Porn's for Thai food. Sexy sexy Thai food~ I went Porn's before at Mount Faber Safra. I remember it was quite nice. Their menu is limited but it have all my favourites! Tom Yum Soup... Mango Sticky Rice.... Mango Salad... Spicy.. Sour.. Yummy.. Yummy...

The Royal Mail (The Ascott Raffles Place)

The Royal Mail. Interesting Name. I heard that it used to be the post office during Sir Stamford Raffles times. I was previously introduced to this place by my friend when he couldn't make it for the restaurant week appointment. Nice Ambience. It was a great choice and value for money. I decided to try them again this round for dinner in restaurant week.

db Bistro Moderne (Marina Bay Sands)

db Bistro Moderne. My family were overseas. I was wondering where to have dinner on that night. I decided to have dinner at Marina Bay Sands. I was wondering where to have a chill and quiet dinner. As usual, I always love to plan before I proceed. I did a research with Mr Google. db Bistro Moderne by Daniel Boulud (renowned french chef who earned 3 Michelin stars for his restaurant in New York) does look attractive with the great reviews. I decided that db Bistro Moderne is the one for that night.

Alkaff Mansion (2014)

Alkaff Mansion. It is located at the Telok Blangah Hill Park. The mansion was previously built in 1918 for the Alkaffs family as their retreat and for entertaining their guest. It is a great and popular location for the weddings. I love the tranquil surroundings. I have went Alkaff Mansion a couple of times. The most attractive point is the ambience. It gives out a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. They also served great dishes. The service is also swift and friendly. I will defintely come back again.

Prive Cafe

Prive Cafe. It is one of my favourite brunch cafe. I like their brunch menu and the ambience where you can admire the yachts while you have your meals. Such view always relax the mind and took away the stressful hectic thoughts off it. We thought of dropping by for a quick dinner and chill after a long day at work. At the entrance, I almost thought it was closed as it look dark behind the dark glass. Luckily, they were open.

Chili’s (The Central)

Chili's. It was one of the typical workdays that we decided to have dinner outside. I feel like going to The Central as it was along the way back home. We decided to go Chili's since it has been a long time since I last went to Chili's. It is also my first time to Chili's at outlet in The Central.

Forest (Resort World Sentosa)

Forest 森. Local Celebrity Chef Sam Leong and Chef Mike Tan has inspired their chinese cuisine including their service and presentation with a western approach. Forest's kitchen has also featured an an unobstructed view of their chefs at work. I have heard many mixed reviews on Forest. The dishes definitely come with a price. I was lucky to manage to book them when they add more seats for Restaurant Week.
