Pixy Restaurant & Bar~ Located in one of the shophouse at Mohamed Sultan. Pixy is a cozy place where we can just relax and enjoy food and drinks. They offer French cuisine with a japanese twist by Chef Tomine Nobuaki (Nobu). They had just launched their Autumn Degustation Menu (priced at S$100++ per person) comprising of 5 dishes (Foie Gras Flan, Wara Smoked Bonito, Dragon & Buri, Roasted Irish Duck Rouennaise, Magical Banana). I love the Foie Gras Flan and Roasted Irish Duck Rouennaise the most! The Foie Gras Flan is silky smooth while the Roasted Irish Duck Rouennaise is flavourful and tender!

Invited Tasting: Bee Cheng Hiang Grillery

Bee Cheng Hiang Grillery~ The Bee Cheng Hiang Bakkwa Flagship store at 1359 Serangoon Road has evolved to Bee Cheng Hiang Grillery! The grillery also has a dine-in Bistro area where you can enjoy their delish modern dishes using traditional Bakkwa and Flosses as ingredients! You can even come up close to the BBQ CHEF and watch how they barbecue. I enjoyed the Bakkwa Lohei, Mozzarella Katsu, Gourmet Enoki Roll and Cappellini Carbonara the most.

Hyang To Gol (Raffles City)

HYANG TO GOL (RAFFLES CITY)~ This outlet is very accessible as it is located right above City Hall Mrt. Great Location. After having a meal, still can go shopping. The outlet is attractive and comforting. We especially enjoyed the Ginseng Chicken Soup. The portion is very generous. The soup was flavourful and the chicken was moist and tender.

Sponsored Review: Ikura Singapore (Fook Hai Building)

IKURA (FOOK HAI BUILDING)~ A cozy and intimate hidden gem at Fook Hai Building. It is actually less than 10 minutes walk from Chinatown MRT. It serves a good variety of Japanese cuisine. From yakitori to sushi to sashimi to ramen. Great for small family and friends gatherings. I enjoyed the SASHIMI, GRILLED FISH CHEEK, ABURI SALMON SUSHI with MENTAIKO SAUCE and BEEF STEAK most.

Jumbo Seafood (Riverside Point)

Jumbo Seafood @ Riverside Point ~ Located along the beautiful historic Singapore River. They even have 2nd storey that has a space of 3500 sqft. Great for family and friends gathering. We enjoyed the CHILLI CRAB and SCALLOP IN YAM RING the most.

Sponsored Review: Mischief (Esplanade)

MISCHIEF ~ Located at Esplanade. It offers fusion cuisine with American and South-East Asian Street elements. After a delicious dinner, you can take a nice stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the city scenery. I especially enjoyed the Mischief Grilled Platter, Fried Chicken Burger and Buffalo Wings.

Sponsored Review: Rookery (Tanjong Pagar)

ROOKERY Located at Capital Tower near Tanjong Pagar MRT. An Australian-American Casual Dining place. Great for the office warriors in the area. It is also good for corporate team lunch and also chill out after work. My favourites are Miso Salmon, Baby Back Ribs and Baby Calamari.

Shinji by Kanesaka (Carlton Hotel)

SHINJI by Kanesaka (Carlton Hotel)~ Located at Carlton Hotel. The interior is intimate with elegance. The main sushi counter was actually singularly carved from the trunk of a 220-year-old Japanese cypress or hinoki tree. A great option for japanese food lovers and special occasions. We enjoyed all our dishes. The most memorable were the mouth-watering tuna belly sushi, uni sushi and honey dew dessert.
